Are there returns?
We only collect payment after you've confirmed you're happy with everything. This way, you know exactly what you're getting and have a chance to make sure it meets all your expectations.
Once you've received the cleaning, take a good look around and make sure everything shines the way you like it. We won't charge you until you give us the thumbs-up.
Of course, if anything's not quite right, don't hesitate to let us know. We're always happy to make things right and ensure you're completely satisfied.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning process?
Yes, it is best if you are present during the cleaning. Your presence will allow us to better understand any special requirements or preferences you may have for the cleaning of your home or commercial premises.
It also gives you the opportunity to communicate directly with our cleaning staff to ensure the cleaning results meet your expectations and are to your satisfaction.
What should I do if I need to adjust my order?
If there is an emergency and the order needs to be adjusted, the order must be adjusted at least two days before 17:30 before the service day. The order can be adjusted free of charge.
Cancellation or change of services will be subject to the following handling fees:
1. For service cancellations and refunds, 10% of the overall fee will be charged as service processing fee.
2. Cancellations or changes made after 17:30 two days before the service starts and before 23:59 on the previous day will be subject to 30% of the overall service fee.
3. If you cancel or change the service on the same day, 50% of the overall service fee will be charged.
